Volunteer Requirements
We welcome passionate and committed individuals who meet the following criteria:
- A university degree (Honors/Equivalent or Master’s/Equivalent)
- Minimum age of 25 years
- Relevant professional or voluntary experience

WDA FOUNDATION offers a competitive internship program designed to provide outstanding graduate-level students with practical, hands-on experience in development work. These internships serve as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice, particularly for students pursuing studies in development-related fields.
Our internship program complements academic training by offering exposure to real-world challenges and solutions in areas such as:

Internship placements are available at both our Head Office and Project Offices, and assignments are tailored to align with the intern’s field of interest while meeting the organization’s operational needs. - Be currently enrolled in a graduate-level program (Master’s or equivalent)
- Be pursuing a degree in a development-related field, such as: Economics, English, Public or Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences or related disciplines
