The WDA Foundation (World Development Activities) is a non-profit, non-political organization founded on May 1, 2011, committed to promoting human rights, social justice, and sustainable development for marginalized communities in Bangladesh. It focuses on underprivileged groups, including women, children, ethnic minorities, and people with disabilities, emphasizing inclusiveness and community empowerment.
WDAF has implemented integrated programs in education, child rights, women’s empowerment, health, livelihoods, and disaster response—mainly in Dhaka and Faridpur through partnerships with donors, agencies, and government bodies. Its grassroots, community driven efforts continue to improve lives and promote dignity, equity, and opportunity for all.
WDA Foundation is registered with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms and registration number is S-11595 and date is December24, 2012.
